Being a leading and one of the most well reputed Advocates in the Supreme Court of Pakistan has been a former Judge of the Lahore High Court, Lahore, and was appointed as such due to his unsurpassed brilliance in the field of service, constitutional and labour laws. Hafiz Tariq Nasim has been serving the state, sub-state and mostly governmental employees, employees of the state, civil servants and private companies’ employees on matters relating to their service/employment.

Hafiz Tariq Nasim while practicing as a lawyer had drastically changed the face of Civil Service Laws in Pakistan. He has a personal portfolio of countless number of reported Supreme Court and High Court cases on service, labour and employment matters. Not only does he excel in litigation, he has also helped in improving the poorly drafted legislation relating to service/employment laws in Pakistan and has also heavily contributed towards the interpretation of such legislation through courts.

Mr. Hafiz Tariq Nasim, has had the privilege to be on the panel of a number of well reputed private and public departments such as the University of Engineering and Technology, Habib Bank Limited, Daewoo Bus Company, Government College University (G.C.U) and numerous others. Hafiz Tariq Nasim has successfully served individuals against the Government to help them retain their Jobs in Governmental departments and has also had the opportunity to serve Governmental departments in their matters relating to service/employment laws. Hafiz Tariq Nasim has worked on a number of contracts again relating to employment laws. An example of his brilliance in the field of Service laws is that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had also engaged Mr. Hafiz Tariq Nasim for drafting of their Service Contracts/Rules for their employees.
